U1330 Pat drove us to the little stream that is the Mississippi in a rain storm at around 7. There was a portage and a couple of obstacles but we were going pretty well by 9. The river is a swamp for a good portion of the first 20 miles. There is a 4 mile stretch between swamp sections with continuous class 2 water. We had some problems it that area. We were out for 9 hours today and are toast. No Cell coverage here. I'll have to post this somewhere down the line.
