Dave and I had a great 2 days in Hannibal, but sadly, I had to put him back on the river this morning. Unfortunately, it looks like he's having internet connection problems. He can still call & text, but no blogging. Hopefully, this is a location problem & he can get back to it.
Anyway, he's at mi. 273, across the river from Clarksville, Mo. He went thru 2 locks today & is camped just after the second one. He had a really good day...pretty calm winds & perfect temps for paddling. He was eager to start back on the river after his brief R&R. We are both looking forward to our next rendezvous in Memphis in a couple of weeks.
