L 447 This could be brilliant planning or dumb luck but I mixed my last bourbon and lemonade tonight. I used raspberry lemonade. Don't knock it until you've tried it. (Like that will happen) I should be able to buy some more in Vicksburg tomorrow. That's the brilliant planning. Today was very similar to yesterday and the day before and the day before that. My campsite is somewhat unique. I'm on top of the revetment that was built to slow the erosion on the outside of the turn at mile 447. I don't normally mess with revetments because they're made of rip rap. This one was made of concrete tile and some of it had silted up so I had some sand to land on. I pitched the tent on Bermuda grass instead of sand. Little things really make me happy. Grass instead of sand is a little thing. Tomorrow I have 10 miles to paddle to Vicksburg. I will get there real early. If they don't have any rooms ready yet I'll be happy to wait.
Greetings from Hawaii! So it is Razberry and burbon-we'll try it when you get home! You are getting so close-paddle safely!!!!Band D
