U1185 made it to the dam above town at 2. The power company that is responsible for daming the river provides a free shuttle around the 2 dams it has. We talked the driver into dropping us off at a motel we had reserved for 2 nights. We showered, I shaved, and we ate a good meal. I'll pick up my resupply at the post office tomorrow. We're in pretty dire straights in the booze department so we'll need a liquor store. Tomorrow will be a rest day. This pic is a power plant we saw first yesterday morning. It took us 2 days to finally get past the dam thing.
